Round 3: Dewsbury : Mon Apr 19, 2021 9:40 am  

This is our acid test IMO we had the Sheffield debacle, and a brilliant response against Fax. Let's see how we go after a good win or whether we fall in love with ourselves.

We HAVE to have the same attitude we had against Fax. Dewsbury look very good this year (as they did last year) they ground out a win against Whitehaven ( who showed they are no mugs by beating Newcastle) and then convincingly beat Widnes AT Widnes.

Hopefully we turn up with the same attitude as this is going to be a very tough game.

Completely agree. Consistency will be key to get a string of results together. Another big test.

Rooks was charged with a late hit against Fax. Anyone know if he copped a ban? By the way Saltonstall apparently got a two match ban for his intentional trip in the same game.

He got a grade A - 0 match ban did Rooks.

Not that we should need reminding after the Sheffield debacle, but we have to turn up with the same attitude and performance we did against Fax. Whilst Dewsbury may not be the media darlings other teams are, this is another tough game. Look what Batley did to Widnes yesterday just in case we need reminding what happens if you don't turn up.
