With the early penalty count and going 14-0 down I thought we were on our way to another thrashing.

Much better attitude all round and I thought we deserved the win.

yeah we were murdered early doors with the pen count 7-1 or something .... could have been some silly/loss of concentration pens, but pens come down to discipline. at that stage I think I posted I thought the worst.

Rhinos fan here in peace.
I commentated on the game and thought, apart from the first 20 minutes you were excellent.
You can see that Lilley made a massive difference as you aren't just reliant on Brough, so much more threat.
Big shout out to Crossley who I thought was brilliant and after Rooks sin binning you could see he wanted to made amends and put in a real shift.
The Pickersgill try was fantastic and with Grix going off it seemed Fax then lost their way.
I think the biggest compliment I can make is there wasn't 1 player I thought had a bad game, every single player put their hands up and a shift in.
From reading some of the messages after the first 2 games you lost and how worried you were you should be massively proud of the way the Bulls have bounced back and how they played.
Well done the Bulls.

vast improvement over last couple of outings. Need a bit more work on discipline but having two actual halves on field and pickersgill back at FB made a big difference and we actually looked to have some structure. Match fitness looked better although smaller pitch at dewsbury probably helped a bit.

Could have gone right down the pan after first 20 mins. Great spirit to claw back into match and immense character to hold on and pop that drop. Well done boys. Must have been a lot of soul searching in last 2 weeks. Something worked.

Credit where credits due. That was a superb performance. At 14-0 down and getting constantly pinged it would have been easy to just implode and Fax rack up a cricket score. We showed some composure and started going set for set. As soon as we did that I thought we looked the better side.

Lilley was absolutely outstanding. Big wraps to Joe Brown too. To come back from last week and catch some of the bombs he did was terrific.

Great win today. Another effort is going to be needed for Dewsbury next week as well, as they look very good.

Sheffield have just beaten York too.

Much better performance overall. The effort levels were superb and they actually played like a team. Still plenty to work on, giving a 14 point start due to poor discipline could of seen us fold early.

Brough/Lilley combo showed plenty of promise but let’s hope there is backup for Doyle on the way soon. Now need to back up this effort for a period of time to string some wins together.
