May get some stick for saying this but I think one of the reasons it has gone so smooth so far and handled better is because the RFL haven't been sticking their nose in every two minutes. They are allowing the administrators to do their jobs and are just waiting to see what happens before delivering a punishment. So credit to the RFL for learning from previous admins  and staying out of it.

But from reading the statements the RFL in the relevant departments have been involved quite a lot.

Shame we couldn't though. That way the RFL would not have needed to get involved in any way whatsoever.

The statements have said the RFL have been constantly involved and have been praised for being very helpful.

As to the observation as to why this seems to be going quicker and more smoothly how about this as a theory.
Maybe the last two admins we only had poor choices to pick from and that is why the administrator and RFL took their time to pick the best from a poor bunch. It was a tough decision then.

This time there may be one or even two clear winners who do have the money and experience and it is a much easier decision and thus happening quicker and smoother.
Why are investors here now - maybe the historically low interest rates have something to do with it especially if the development of the land is a big part of the deal. Who knows?

The RFL gets blamed for everything but they might be helping in the background.

My take on it is that the RFL and/or the chairmen have been forced to change their approach after seeing the complete mess of the last couple of years. Remember the RFL helped us secretly to the tune of £700k in the beginning. :BEAT:
It was when that news broke, that they started playing hardball. I always thought that the hardline stance was driven more by a majority of the other SL chairmen applying pressure once they found out about the loan.

Whilst I understand apportioning blame to the RFL for previous things that have gone on (such as the Sky money withheld), I really don't understand why people are blaming them for the current administration in any way. All those blaming them haven't been privy to a single discussion held between the RFL and the administrators or the new owners, and yet somehow they blame them? Total lunacy.

May I refer you to FA to increase your confusion on this point.

On the other hand, the Administrator of OK Bulls in his first report, available for free on Co Ho, confirms my position that we received the money we should have. So FA is wrong. OK challenged the Administrators figures on the balance owed to him, but did not claim that the Administrator had also missed from his figures the outstanding central funding OK had been swindled out of by a 10 year old mathematician. One of OK or the Administrator is a liar. Make your own minds up, fellow bloggers.

I have always enjoyed your posts BB 2011, its good that you have returned, so I must apologise for hijacking your post.

So you don't even have the wit to post in the thread created. And you think that the RFL centrally funded Omar, as well as Bradford Bulls
