Shere Khan, Shahenshah and Sanam - all in Rusholme so you need to get a taxi, Finglands bus or tab it down Oxford/Wilmslow Road

It will be busy but should be worth it plus there are plenty of others down there to choose from. Used to be a great one called Islamabad that did a Chicken Archari (Saag)

That was the favourite of the Man Met RLFC team for a couple of years

Since Prashad was on the Ramsay TV thing they're now full every night. To be sure of a table you need to book 3 weeks in advance.

Parking has always been the biggest problem there - there's only very limited on street.
If the resaurant is booked out then get a taxi - its still worth it!

Not really brilliant but Akbars is OK and Swadesh is probably your best bet.

We ended up going to East Z East off Deansgate, for what it's worth. It was exceptionally whitey but still quite enjoyable - I was particularly impressed with their pickle tray. Probably as good as if not slightly better than Akbar's.

Weekends, or Monday to Friday are best for me.
