I have a nagging feeling they used to be at the bottom of Great Horton Road on that same block where Omar's is. I'm claiming them for Bradford anyway cos, in the face of all evidence, I trust my instincts and because it was of Bradford quality.
Don't know if you noticed but she sells a cook book of her recipes, with an interesting story of the philosophy behind Hansas. You can get by on a fraction of the salt she recommends mind.
Hansas in Bradford must have closed about 96/97, as I remember taking tigercub not long after she was born. (Smiffy - you will be pleased to hear she was relatively quiet).
