1. Nobody blamed the rent.

2. Everyone agrees that Lowes and Ferres signing 30+ players was partly to blame.

3. Lease = paying for the upkeep of the ground. That's cost £100ks. A SL Bulls couldn't afford it on crowds of 15k. A part time club on crowds of 1-2k certainly can't.

If the club hasn't officially been liquidated and is still in limo like Stuart Duffy says it is then could a new owner just appear to buy the club and satisfy the creditors with the administrator?

Without knowing the details of what's going on it's very hard to say. If it's not formally liquidated then it's still admin. If it's still admin then this bidder will need to satisfy both RFL and creditors. The terms of the deal may affect the sanction imposed by the RFL. It all sounds a bit weird and far fetched. Who is the mystery bidder? Not Green?
