Well the interview with O'Brien after he signed seemed to make it clear that he's first choice 9 next year and will be helping mentor Conroy. So I'm guessing we've seen the last of Diskin as a player

Yes i think that confirms that Diskin is retiring, I'm sure Jimmys done his homework on Halafihi.

Hopefully the next signing is someone to partner Gaskell, i'm sure Adam Brook could fill the position in a year or two, but i'd prefer someone with more experience to lead us around the field next season.

Yeah agree think disko will retire now. Half back maybe announced after we play cas. Cas can announce gale if true and we can announce replacement

In his comments about this signing , Jimmy makes it clear we " already have " talented hookers on board . The use of plural suggests to me that Conroy will definitely stay.
Also pleased that this is a young player who Jimmy has coached at Leeds and if he rates a hooker who are we to doubt.

Vila added to squad list and changed format so we can see how many players left to sign in each of Steve Ferres' player categories from the 24 frontline players plus 6 juniors.
