then thats different....

Indeed.

They are probably the two most famous men in Britain, that would have set every alarm bell going that there is.

Old Mr Jones went to his surgery for his annual health check. The practice nurse said to him, Mr Jones you have to stop masturbating. Why, he said. Because I'm trying to examine you she replied

Just put aside his off field record and look at his on field stats. Since in joined Warry in 2006 here are his stats. (From the Warrington site)

2006 Warrington Apps 22 Tries 4

2007 Warrington Apps 19 Tries 6

2008 Warrington Apps 7 Tries 2

What can he really bring to Bradford ?

We have enough on our hands as it is this year, why would we really want to add to this with Reardon ?

Also if he was as good as Pryce was as a player, would Warry still ditch him ?

With the form of our current fullback, I'd hesistate to say that tries scored isn't the only stat we should be looking at with Stuart Reardon, or any other FB.

That's true. Its only the Fullback who is responsible for disintegrating defences and missed tackles. We need a fullback that can cover for the defensive lapses and collapses of the rest of the team single-handed.

Indeed, although the tries were not my main point, it was all I could find on him to kinda back up what I was trying to say.

With his form and match time, is a player that will help Bradford claw their way back into the competition or is it more likely that we'd be carrying him ?

We need to take action, but jumping for the sale bin isn't going to help IMO

One is rugby related and one isn`t.

Incidentally does anyone else remember us signing Dave Watson after he`d he`d been sacked by Halifax for drug taking? I think it was the odd spliff rather than performance enhancing though.

A catch from fullback, and maybe even a tackle  anythings better than Platt.

How long has Reardon been out injured? I wonder whether Wire used the same clause to terminate his contract as we did with Tupou (I believe it is a standard clause in all SL players contracts).

Which then makes me think - why sign an injury prone player when we have just got rid of one? Unless it's to fill the home-grown quota.

apparantly not because neither have been done for criminal damage or breaking and entering....

I'm not saying what they did was right but I feel quite sorry for Reardon because this has been used as leverage to get himout of the club...

when a player Like Cockeyne escapes jail and a sacking then in no way should Stuart Reardon recieve anything than a slap on the wrists...(no pun intended).

he's worth a punt for you lot as he's much better than platt.

he's been out for almost 12 months which is standard for a snapped Achilles.

Chris Bridge snapped his a couple of months earlier than Reardon and he has just succesfully got back into first team action. Reardon was apparantly only a few weeks away from getting back in contention again.

other than the achilles he bust his shoulder at the end of the season before last.
