If they announce a new coach tomorrow then this has to have been the case. There has been no application process for the vacant coaching position, clearly they already had someone lined up.
The way Rohan keeps mentioning what was best for his family makes me think it was largely a salary dispute, but who knows. The bit about part time / full time still makes me slightly anxious.

If they make an announcement for the new coach Friday it was lined up last Friday or at the planning stage.
Nobody could drop their life and get to UK in 24hrs without prior notice.

The sad thing is we now know everyone who's anyone is off, and we know of no replacements. We have no coach to pick replacements, and no sign we actually want any replacements anyway. WTF are Cha-Lo doing?

Yes, and the split between full time and part time will be dependant on how many of the players will be prepared to accept the full time salaries that will be on offer. The new owners will inevitably be vague on the subject until they have made the salary offers and seen how many are being accepted.
