As soon as one of ours make contact they seem to think it is job done, it is far too easy for our opponents to get a quick ptb and build momentum because we don't complete tackles properly, we seem obsessed with trying for big hits.

The reason we have not got rid cannot be lack of funds. We had funds available for Bird.
I have backed Steve all the way since he took charge, but same as would happen in any sport, the coaching team has to change.

Very true, it seems that we feel putting in big hits will stop the other teams momentum, rather than just keeping it simple and wrapping up the tackle.

Saying that in the first half we managed it, although the Dragons were very poor.

If we can't get rid of Mcbanana "Turnip Head" then we need to bring in some assistance. Assistance that has experience and that will command some respect. That or sack the coach....
