In response to Rodd Studd questioning whether new owners would be allowed to use the Bulls brand...

Is there any truth in this? Does this mean that potentially the club itself could still avoid liquidation after all and still be able to operate as the Bradford Bulls?

As I understand it the liquidator can sell the name as it's a registered trademark. Sounds like someone wants it cheap! Liquidation is a done deal.

Over 24 hours since the announcement of a "New Co" in the Championship and I haven't thought of an scenario where it would work unless someone walked in with about £5m burning a hole in their pocket, and willing to spend about £1m+ of that to simply tread water for a season.

Well indeed. I just want as much pain upfront as possible. However I guess pain is not a zero sum game.

I am presuming, now, that continued occupancy of Odsal is basically a stipulation. If only by circumstance if not an actual condition of re-entry.
