I don't think he's sorted anywhere for next year yet.

He was on Radio Leeds last night he stated he was signed to a non SL club next season but could not say which one as yet as they did not want it revealing as yet.

I am not sure about Moore. A bit of a hot head and penalty machine. He is about 32 so it would be short term signing. We definitely need another big prop but I would look to see if we could pick up a younger one the way we have done with Offendahl and Perterson - surprise signings. There was talk of a monster called Samir but that has gone quiet.

If the specialists say Langers will be fine after rehab would he be a better signing and finally turn him into a prop / assistant coach off the bench which many said when he played for us?

With Hull now signing a second rower (Minichelo) from the NRL I would be doing my best to sign Pitts as he may have had his nose pushed out even more at Hull.

I think Richard Moore's on field problems were a big reason why he left the Bulls in the first place. Truth is though, over the years since, I've been impressed by the way he has matured and left most of that stuff behind him [though I like a bit of 'devil' in a forward!] and become a solid prop who runs his weight. It would be a shame if he were damned by history and definitely hope we're the club who doesn't want to announce it yet. That would, after all, fit a well worn pattern...

I was equally impressed how much he had progressed in handling interviews. I saw one several years ago, after a match IIRC, which was cringeworthy. Last night's was articulate & interesting. D'y'know.

The T&A had an article about Richard Moore that talked about how he was undecided whether to go into a fitness training business, or stay as a full time rugby player http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/a ... ions_open/ I would assume that this factors into things, and possibly the link with Halifax. Since we are having a full time squad, we wouldn't be interested in him unless he was going to commit full time
