Lilley apart, who should slot in beside Leon very well, we seem to have been sent the furthest along of Leeds' current academy. I suppose if we look at the fact that the cream of our academy has gone, then these academy kids should be better able to deal with Championship than some of our academy.
One of them is a hooker, so Vila's time with us is under threat again.
We need some experience though.

Interesting point about the stakeholders. Perhaps we are going to become a RFL select XIII a bit like the Barbarians in RU.

Can Lumb play anywhere else? 13? Lilley has played hooker so could use him and Hallas there, then keep Keyes at 7 to hopefully get continuity in the halves should Lilley be recalled. Two good goal kickers in the 17 then too.

Think Hallas can play in the back-row. Played prop for England Academy. Keyes or Lilley will play at hooker with Lumb on the bench

a bit sceptical as to why we would loan 3 academy lads when the problem we have is lack of experience, Lilley is a very good call though, supposedly 3 coming from Salford too,

As frustrating as it is I like the way Chalmers and Lowe don't over sell go about business quietly then deliver the goods, Toovey been the biggest example..

Has anyone heard the Damien Irvine rumour? and does it have any legs? again it would be great to have him in running the club when the owners return home.

Good news, plus the on and off field relationship bit has got to be a positive.

Whilst I agree we need some experience, these are initial 1 month loans, I'm guessing there aren't many quality amd experienced forwards just kicking about waiting to go out on loan before a ball has been kicked, those players I'd expect to come available once the season starts when and if they find themselves out of the regular game day squads for whatever reason. After the one month we'll probably see a couple of these initial loans go back to Leeds and then I'd expect some more different loans which might include some more experienced guys.

Also isn't there rumours of a couple more to come in from Salford or hull?
