It's just details of the new competition to identify a Bulls fan to referee the return match against Leigh. As with the Leigh guy the competition winner will not need to demonstrate any particular competence or experience.

Only been standing on the terraces for 48 years...... not continuously mind. Main claim to fame is I used to eat my lunch in City Hall canteen with the great Terry Price and occasionally he brought Berwyn Jones. So relatively new to things then. I presume you thought my post was mischievous and it probably was, but I'm still seething about the refs contribution to the game.
