Steady on there, rumours until confirmed, but Offerdahl wasnt actually signed by the Cutters when he left Crusaders so a credible rumour.

Implication of Addy and Donaldson re-signing is that Roberts Mellor Conroy etc can be part of the 6 "junior" squad members as thats 5 back rowers

If these rumours turn out to be true I'll be very, very happy. Addy and Donno for obvious reasons. Remember Offerdahl from the world cup and he looked solid. Watched a video of that Tahraoui, the guy is a mountain! 6'6 and 19 stone! Would be awesome seeing him trample over everyone.

Also, Uaisele scored a hattrick for the Eagles today. Seems to have a good record in the Championship.

Fantastic news re Donno and Addy if true. They'll be head and shoulders above next year. I think the two props will benefit hugely from a pre season and full time training under Lowes. I'd like to know who we've got lined up at scrum half. It would be great to see our young lad get a few starts - is it Brook? However, I think we need an experienced head to guide us round the field.

Awesome news, offerdahl looked good at the World Cup not brilliant but tbh with a pre-season over here and playing full time rugby will bring him out I think.

Found some more about tahraoui, played a lot of rugby over here which I didn't realise.
Samir Tahraoui was signed on trial for the Scorpions in 2013. Algerian born, he moved over to the UK as a youngster and settled in Warrington. He came through the youth ranks at local club Crosfields before signing for Warrington Wolves in their academy set-up. He joined St Helens in 2010 and played for their under 20s. While studying Sports Science at Salford University, he became an England and Great Britain Rugby League Student international and was one of the team who famously helped the Lions win the Academic Ashes in Australia in 2011. His performances down under meant he was spotted by Queensland Cup side Tweed Heads Seagulls and he played for them until the end of the 2012 season. A strong athlete, he's played basketball for Northwich Jets and waterpolo for Manchester and recently played rugby union for Sheffield Tigers after having a trial for Cornish Pirates.

e signed, i will be very happy. Addy seems to have improved and offers a little mongrel, certainly offers a good hit in the tackle. Needs to work on his tackle completion, but i think he can work on this under Lowes and in the championship. Donno would be a brilliant signing. Although people have concerns over his go forward, i believe another full season in the championship will bring much needed confidence back and we will see a player like the wonder kid we saw prior to his fist injury. Really hope they both sign.
