I think Sammut could be a useful addition. He can play half back, full back and hooker. He is also a good goalkicker now we have lost Brough.

This. There is a reason someone his age has had so many clubs. He looks the part of a SL player with his size but everyone is taking Bob Fairbank who is like a quarter of his size over him every single day of the week. I can only really remember the summer bash against Fev where he looked good.

As for Robinson he is not a half back who you want if you are aiming for the top 6 and he will find his level in League 1. I think Lilley is very similar though so who knows.

Away at York 2019 you definitely expected Robinson to go on and be the best of the halves on show that day, including Keyes and Lilley. Odd that Fax have paid him off after a year when he's been injured. I like Lilley, he's tough and keeps coming. Keyes looks like Shaun Edwards when you're playing Rochdale.

Suppose with Fleming, he's way down the pecking order. He's behind Walker, Crossley, Baldwinson, Kibula and Evans. If Scurr re-signs and hopefully we bring in another forward, he's the standard you'd expect for squad depth. It's the two years I'm scratching my head at.

On Robinson, it's been a fall from grace IMO. As an outsider looking in, it just looked to me he thought he was better than he actually was. He was a big part of York finishing third in 2019 and looked like he was a player they were going to build their team around. But I always remember that pre-season friendly against us at the beginning of 2020 with about 5 mins left, both sides making numerous changes, the floodlights failing, he decided to start throwing punches at our academy player. He got a 1 match suspension and York had a terrible start to that scrapped season and Ford decided to get rid as a result. Again, the fact Fax have decided to get rid halfway into his deal probably suggests an attitude issue. If he had a good attitude I think he'd be a good player at this level.

On us. I think we need one more back-rower. Hopefully Scurr signs and bring in another prop and another half and I think we look OK.

No I agree with you he question is if Aston starts in front of both Keyes and Joufrett. In my opinion he won't so if thats the case I dont mind having someone of that standard as 3rd choice.
