There may, or may not (I'm no lawyer) be a case(s) against the incumbent, but not going back to previous regimes. They are dead and gone, nothing left to see, all done and officially dusted by an administrator with no money to be found, though I'm not sure that anyone actually checked the tea drawer before the lights were turned out.

So, if they come looking for "retribution" beyond the last three years there is simply no-one left to shoot, so best practise some whistling - sad to say, that may be their best chance. Yes, two of the nesteggers are owed a small amount of money by the Bulls, but they are willing to write it off.

The creditors past and present are most definitely the least of our concerns, but there may nonetheless be a way to achieve retribution across the board for a few, if not many. Don't however want to burden you on a Sunday evening with legal mumbo jumbo regarding the above.

The negativity simply washes over us. We are looking to truly help the Bulls and the RL community. If you and some other cynics don't believe us (or don't want to believe us) then that may be 'your' problem, not ours. Time should tell.

I only know the answer is yes because I see it when people quote it. I know most are paying zero attention now even if they haven't used the "ignore" button, but of those who are responding, it seems absolutely nobody believes a word "they" are spouting.

I'd have given up by now. It's not even remotely convincing and is just repeating rumours from elsewhere on the internet with the pretence of knowledge.

Yes there are mate.Sadly it would be utterly stupid of us to show any hand in a public forum. That is until all of our ducks are in a row.

CB is essentially a sound bloke, but it is who has allegedly put him up to this task which appears to be of concern, In any event, even if (and it's surely still a reasonably big 'if') AC and his wife's (c/o Orcas) combined nil value shares are transferred to CB et al he/they are likely to have additional yet undisclosed (i.e. likely not disclosed to CB by AC et al) shocks waiting in the wings. So as was the case with AC, CB et al would most likely have a limited liability of sod all value and therefore if it goes tits up again then CB's consortium could also bugger off at any time and the club would likely go into administration.

Surely, we need and deserve a lot better than that.

If CB has minted backers (which we doubt) then as the RL agent, Craig Harrison, would say .... "SHOW ME THE MONEY".

Summary of League Express report:

Another CCJ is filed against the club, totalling £5,472. Filed on 25th September and currently unpaid.
Energy company believed to be owed a 5 figure sum.
Two local travel companies, suppliers and other clubs believed to be owed money.

Says in the report the club are trying to sell Rowan Milnes & Matty Storton to raise money.

"At least two" players informing the club of contract termination over the pension issue but that Bulls don't believe they have the right to terminate.

Also something about a report into the Odsal acquisition, but if I'm honest, I'm not all that bothered about that nowadays.
