Maybe Gale will go well, but first he has to learn to pass a ball. We've not spend 80 minutes every game in our own half. There have been plenty of times we've been attacking their line and Gale has been woeful. Can't pass, can't create, can't draw the line. Cas are welcome to him, also I'm sure it will be large wage bill of our cap too.

Your hatred of Gale has been obvious for a while, but he's not as bad as you make out.
Hard as it may be to believe, right now he has exactly the same number of tries and try assists as Luke Walsh. So by your reckoning, Walsh is also sh*t and doesn't know how to pass or create anything.

What have you been watching!! It isnt just me who thinks he's woeful. Even his try last week was farcical. His pass was intercepted and he jumped on to loose ball.

He constantly takes the wrong decision, does the most basic errors (not finding touch from a penalty, trying to kick outside of foot instead of passing when we have 3 man overlap)

It's been a joy to watch his inside passing to the prop standing still who's just played the ball.

He has a good kicking game but just isn't good enough.

But hey, go ask Saints if they fancy swapping Walsh for Gale as they have same number of try assists and tries.

He's not perfect, but he's not as bad as you make out either. The difference between Walsh and Gale is that one of them is performing in a settled side behind a formidable set of forwards, and the other is Luke Gale.
I merely pointed out the stat comparison to show you that he isn't completely hopeless.

Gale is pants!

I've seen too many games over the past few years where we should have won, yet our star HB constantly decided to take the wrong option. He has no idea how to slow down/kill off a game.

His passing is average at best, and he always favors the crash ball instead of spreading the play out wide.

He is a trier though, and never gives up, but i'm looking forward to seeing someone else in his Jersey next year.

Spot on! That's not including his inability to field the kick off then look round at everyone else. Sad thing is, he's probably taking a large chunk of our wage bill.

On more positive note was slightly encouraged by Lowes is article today. Happy he's going to be concentrating on our academy (this is what will take us back to where we belong) may have to be patient to see the Fruits of our labour in Brook, Bates etc

Some announcements next week according to Ross from T&A.

Perhaps the prop standing still is a symptom of why Gale has not able to play his game. No go forward from the pack = pressure on the decision making

No, all it shows is that Gale is unable to orchestrate an attacking play. None of the players seem to know what's going on.

It should have been clear to the club that we've been relegated for the last month. Regardless of the mathematics involved, we simply didn't have the players with either the capability or desire to mount a successful attempt on remaining in SL. When Jimmy came in that should have been the point were the club went "We're now in rebuild mode, these are the offers on the table for next year. If you don't like it then say so and we will do our best to help you find a new club for 2015."

They'd then have a clear picture of what the team would look like and in what areas recruitment was needed.

Now, this might have happened, but we the fans don't know it. We just keep hearing this player or that player would consider staying or Jimmy coming out with this plan A or plan B nonsense.

Instead, we're berated by the MD and told WE have to get the wayward fans back to Odsal to buy into the Superdooper Totally Amazing Masterplan of Mr Green, which seems to be about as real as WMDs in Iraq

I think it's quite clear they've sorted out the squad for next year and the players that are going have deals sorted. But they'll be in principle. Until we are mathematically down you can't sign the contracts. So if that's the case how do you announce players?

Also some of the clubs they are leaving don't want the departure of their players announced if they are for example a championship club gunning for the title etc.

I think people have to relax in this one. I notice London have this week now started announcing signings for next year and they've looked down longer than us.

If announcements don't come after today or next week when we are mathematically down then I'll start to get worried.
