So reading between the lines they have made an offer that covers the projected losses. No mention of any bid for the Odsal lease.

Why would they pay the administrator, who is then going to pay the creditors etc out of the money , £3m to cover future losses, as those future losses will need to be covered by them not the administrator? add the money for the lease, would you buy a business for £3-4M that is also going to lose £3M making your total investment £6-7M?
If they are indeed paying that amount, then its back to the most interesting point, where is the increased income going to come from to make that size of investment worthwhile?
