I mean just what i said, ie the lease is for a long, long time and the club effectively, can do pretty much as they wish as the ground or the land it is built on, as they don't lose possession it for over a hundred years. Going back to other bidders suggests the exhaustive RFL/ final bidder talks failed?

More seriously, it has taken me best part of 3 days (on & off) to catch up on this thread.

FWIW, I don't think too many RL fans would complain if the lease was to be sold on to the bidder, as long as the money goes back in the central pot & Bulls still have a ground/are a RL Club.
