I totally agree with you. But who the hell in Bradford is going to let a landfill he there. No one ever in a million years.

So I my eyes it's not worth that. The hole may be worth that if it was in the middle of nowhere where. But definitely not there.

At the end of the day, the RFL own the lease not the land.

NDA will only relate to the information they have been privy to and which is clearly commercially sensitive at this stage
