He doesn't. It wasn't long ago he told us all the administrator was on his jollies. Something that nobody else reported (except as rumour, coming no doubt from Billy) and that same administrator put out statements while he was supposedly on a beach.

He'll get a stupid little snippet of something and expand that to something grandiose. Something like Richard Lamb sent a Christmas card to Gary Pettit, who didn't send one back. That immediately means the administrator is ignoring Lamb's bid for the club.
Either that or someone is bull$hitting him and he lacks the intelligence to realise, so reports it as fact to all the naive people who will pay attention.

I despair that anyone still listens to the total clown. I hope that the administrator sues him once this is all over for defamation. It might encourage him to STFU.
