Best of luck from a Wigan fan. When I first started watching in 2001, Bradford were incredibly daunting with class throughout the side, including Vainikolo, Fielden and Peacock who I’m sure most would pick in an all-time Super League dream team. If we were on form the games against you were classics which could go either way. If we weren’t then we got thrashed, don’t think there was ever a match were you guys didn’t at least put up a good challenge, and my first two grand finals were losses to you in ’01 and ’03.

Whilst we can’t expect to see those days back, I’d still much rather have you in the league than Wakefield, who have done bugger all in the same period of time. I can remember one good play-off match against them and the rest just blur together in a list of forgettable games.

Well, you certainly seem to have the neutral vote.

Wakefield will indeed be without a few key people so it will depend how we manage that.
The Sheffield game has knocked some confidence but with Kirmond coming back well in that game, there are some plus points too.
Hopefully Lee Smith will be back, as well as Mullally, Ashurst and Walker. Probably not Molloy which is a shame as he has added some real power in the back row.

Big game. Looking forward to it.

I hate Bradford, the RL's pets. Come on Wakey. Does that even it up?

Hmm, I feel there is just a little sarcasm in that statement tigertot. Not sure, but I think so :D

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the neutral wanting Bradford to win. If I was neutral I probably would too.
I've said on here many times that I wanted the Bulls to do well, just not at our expense.

The game will be tough and it won't matter a jot what the other club supporters think. Might even help us with the "everybody hates us" motivation.
But reckon it'll be electric with so many Bulls fans coming and Wakefield tickets selling well. A sell out would be great.
Whether we win or lose, we could do with the income from gate receipts so we are already seeing positives.

Don't let the facts get in the way.

This is the first time Wakefield have finished bottom of SL - EVER!
