Decision day or High Noon - lets hope for Gary Cooper & not Tommy Cooper.

Still feel that if RFL use common sense & a bit of imaginaion and impose 6 pts - Liquidation would not be a bad move to allow Buyer a clean slate and leave Mr Green in a mess for him to sort out with the Tax Authorities.

Liquidation not a bad move?

Sounds like you have had a bit too much liquid.....

Agreed. Liquidation leaves us without anything. Much as some people may want to see Green taken to the cleaners I'd sooner see my club survive.

"Starting with a clean slate" is a funny way of saying "losing everything".

Losing everything, also no team to support for a year and then starting part time in league one.

You have no assets - the players are not an asset on the Balance Sheet - so by Liquidating you lose the stock in the shop but drop off all the HMRC debt & say bye bye to Mr Green. The players then can sign for Bradford Phoenix with a new Lease from the RFL & a kind RFL point deduction. The Employees can then be re-engaged by the Phoenix club. Simples.

Just needs some positive imagination here.

Even that is under the assumption someone actually starts up a new club and doeesn't just let it die a death. And assuming the RFL allow the new club in to the league.

I don't think they would let us straight back in to the championship and i would guess it would be too late to enter league one, so would have to wait a year.

There would be no points deduction with a new club as the new club will have done nothing wrong. Instead they will enter into league one, on the bottom rung of the ladder and have to work their way up the same way Toulouse and Toronto are having to. And it would be too late for 2017 if League Weekly is to be believed, so we would have no team to support until the 2018 season.

Simply exchange Whitehaven's fixtures with Bulls fixtures IF the RFL decided that course. Not rocket science and the RFL cannot afford to lose Bradford. Charter 15 Jumbos too for Toronto.
