Still can't get on the Bulls' board - it does say it "might be unavailable or busy", though I'm struggling to think of a reason why it might be busy..

That's just your browser speculating on why it's had no result at all returned.

From my route tracing experiments it's hosted at UKFast's Manchester data centre. Even if it was crazy busy I'd expect it to respond to a ping or two, depending on whether ping responses have been disabled or not. It doesn't seem to have been disabled on anything else I know is hosted with UKFast, and that includes all the network gear my traceroute showed up.

No ping responses seemingly means physically turned off in this case.

In other news - don't host anything with UKFast.

too much of a coincidence that the site is down, Even if we were liquidated though I would have thought they would have used the site to inform?

"Turned off" is a technical issue. An eminently fixable one on presentation of money, but still.

You'd imagine it would have been paid up until a certain date, so unless that date was today, and it simply hasn't been renewed, then something's 'up'.
