Ok then...

Summary of last 10 mins

1st try . We swung it out wide, Dixon went in at the corner not a easy try to stop although you could obviously see so far away.

2nd Try : Defending well then Sherwin grubbered it and it was picked up by McGoldrick that then swung it out wide to Shenny to go in at the corner, yes really bad defense there OR maybe it was quality from Sherwin

3rd and final try : Widders took it up...offloaded and then gave it to Chase who, in my opinion, scored one of the best try's this season. WORLD CLASS.

So maybe you did throw it away ? or maybe we were just world class in that last ten minutes, watch the highlights I'm sure you'll know.

Thanks for the 2 points, don't worry you won't be the first or last club we take 2 off.

By the way well done on the Support.

Cas were excellent in those last mins. Fully agree. But we blew it too with some panic plays. Needed both to bring about that result!

What a waste, still can't believe we just lost that game.

We played well for 65 - 70 mins and then all the good work was undone.

The referee was a disgrace and a couple of stupid decisions including him not seeing Morrison being tackled without the ball completely handed castleford the momentum. They took their tries well but we looked the better side on the day and it should have been two points.

Dissappointed, hard not to be. We outplayed Cas for about 60-70 minutes of the game, then we totally blew it and Cas put in 10 minutes of world class performance. Platt had a really good game, looked solid in defence and under the high ball, good in attack aswell. Deacon was bad again, he shouldn't be starting next week. Jeffries looked ok again, but made quite a few errors. TBH I thought our centres looked quite good for a change, I think Sykes plays better when he is given the kicking responsibility. Think Halley should start instead of Sheriffe next week. Thought Langers was pretty poor aswell, but good from most of the pack especially Lynch, Burgess, Scruton and Morro. Newton looked good aswell.

Pretty well, yes.

Did you see him thumping the ground in disgust for one of his few defensive lapses? He was livid with himself!

As one guy stood near me started singing..."you'll have to find someone else to blame..."

Have to agree with you there, but if he didn't see it it wasn't a stupid decision, just bad referee positioning. But tbh I don't think we can blame this one on the referee, our lacklustre defence in the final quarter was the reason we lost.

Yeah was pretty obvious as was an obstruction, but with that he had his back to the tackle for some bizarre reason, but as people have said i wouldn't look at the ref for the loss.

Talking of dubious tries how about when Morrison scored that try under the sticks was that not obstruction ?. Worst we have played all year and beat you so I'm happy with that...Roll on Wakefield.

I'm not blaming the loss on the referee, I'm certainly not the sort of person who moans week in week out about referees for no reason. That decision however was a factor in the loss and they scored from it, I saw it, all the other fans saw it including Cas fans near me, I just can't see how he didn't.

There were a number of other poor decisions, some against cas but mainly he was inconsistent towards us. On another day it might not of mattered but on a day like today a few of the decisions were a factor.

I think over the course of the game I wouldn't have been too unhappy if we came up short because Bradford played really well.

But it was by far their (castleford's) best performance this year

Moaning and whinging brigade - especially those who did not get the opportunity to see the game - take note.

We played pretty damn well - for most of the match. Cas's coach recognised it needed their best performance of the year (and that from a team near top of table on back of some excellent away results) to beat us.

Yes I agree with video cameras not sure that would have been given - interesting to watch reply on sky! But it is not a disgrace to lose to Cas we are playing exceptional rugby this season. Will have to watch some of these so called better teams Wigan Bradford etc that they don't try to steal some of our stars!!!!
