From the statement from the RFL yesterday, I would say odsal is still their toy but they may be talked into sharing if the price is right...
This should have been the case weeks ago, You buy the club, you pay the debts you can buy the lease at the right price,
as long as it is for a stadium + other development,

If they haven't started talking about the price of the lease yet, there is no way this matter is getting resolved today.

The statement will go... "The administrator, The RFL and Bradford council are still having positive discussions with regards to the sale of the Club, the wages will be paid this month, we are looking to draw a conclusion to the matter as soon as possible.""

P.S we hope you all have a good xmas with this hanging over your heads, we will as we are on the clock for the next 4 weeks.

Maybe the only bidders are the same circling vultures that the RFL claimed to have headed off by buying the lease.

If the buyers' offers are contingent on the lease being transferred from the RFL to the new owner, and if the lease is transferred at anything less than market value, aren't you effectively asking the RFL to pay some of your debts, as the new company would acquire a saleable asset on the balance sheet for the cost of the debts less the reduction from the full market value.

I'm struggling to see why the RFL are wrong in this.
