There is nothing confusing about that statement at all IMO. In fact theyou are within their rights to sell that lease for a decent price considering they paid 1.25M for it as posted by FA elsewhere. Sadly I have to applaud the RFL for at least making their position clear.

I respect your position but what will they do with the lease if the Bulls fold. The RFL have a lease on a ground with no-one playing there. The council are then in the box seat. The RFL have a lease that says the ground must be used for rugby so they can't just sell the lease on. A lot of people still think the RFL own the ground.

I wouldn't be all that surprised if tomorrow comes and goes without a word from the Administrators

Note the language

Is this more in hope than expectation? Who knows?

I'll be hitting the refresh button most of the day tomorrow like the rest of us - but, having seen the twists and turns of the last few weeks, I'm half-expecting that we'll have a day of utter frustration and fruitless waiting...

If you watch the season ticket promo video it kind of sticks it in and snaps it off given green probably knew the writing was on the wall at the time.
