On a side note, did anyone read Kear's comments in today's T&A. In it he's quoted as saying the fans understand where we are at.

Is he being really serious with that comment as I think he has totally misread the situation. Going by the clubs own ST sales figures we look likely to have lost around 60% of last years members. I think that goes to show that many don't agree as we simply don't know where we are at.

I'm far from sure it's actually possible to understand the fans' opinions, since it's pretty obvious we're all over the place. We've got the "bulls forever" crowd right through to "A pox on all their houses" - and every shade in between. Maybe we should have a referendum? That should clear the air..

Just out of curiosity, because I have not been in a position to commit to a season ticket, how many times in the last few years have season ticket holders not had any games provided? Value for money eg due to overpricing, or poor quality of the team and the rugby is a different issue eg Chalmers first year. Im still not in a position to justify a season ticket, but I am really looking forward to going to far more games this coming season.

I count 634 seats sold in stand at Dewsbury, incl Premier Club. I have counted at regular intervals (saddo!)and sales have slowed remarkedly in last 2 months. It seems hardly any Terrace tickets sold. Last season around 800 seats sold in main stand at Odsal(count at last home match). All a bit rough and ready but it appears that seats have sold fairly well.

The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

If you like old type radio comedy/ dramas etc listen to //pumpkinfm.com/

Statistically speaking you have a better chance of getting dead the older you get!

Thank god only when you find a religion that passes the truth test!

That's despite too much unnecessary negativity on the Forums and the Club itself who must be using the same P R Firm as Prince Andrew!!

If JK comes up with 3 or 4 more quality signings among the 6 required that will help sales!

RB, you can always press the IGNORE button on anyone you don't want to hear from - though that doesn't stop other people quoting them, of course...

That was the the issue Bulliac. There wasnt any way for my to totally aviod those posts so i thought it best to remove.my self rather than constantly getting wound up and biting.

Like i say ive checked back in over the last few days and it seems like things have moved on so i thought id return.

Re: Bulls Takeover : Fri Nov 22, 2019 1:19 pm
Any way now im back ill try and add some value so here goes.

I found the 731 season ticket number quite alarming so it prompted me to do another recount of all the seating tickets that have been sold. I did this a couple of months ago and posted my findings so ive repeated the exercise.

As of Weds night, of the available 1196 seating tickets, 670 have been sold. This obviously means only 61 standing tickets have been sold.

Whilst ive no reason to doubt the numbers i find it astounding if not totally incomprehensible that only 61 people have bought standing tickets. Surely more people than that have bought them?

Would it be beyond the realms of possibility that the club are actually under stating the number of tickets sold?
