Anyroad, how silly it is to say the off-season will be boring, I mean, are we even going to make it to the first game with all our signed up players?! That'd be a novelty!!

On scrum half there are a handful of names out there to guess at on either a permanent or loanee (all with question marks of course); Liam Finn, Jamie Ellis, Thomas Bosc, Danny Craven, Grant Gore, Tom Gilmore, Anthony Thackeray, Gareth Moore, and an idea or two from out of the box... Danny McGuire? Paul Wellens? (with Jake Mullaney at 7) at least we'd have a full-back and emergency half who could tackle!

Y'see, off-season can be silly-season once again!

If we were contemplating a season long loan, how far into the off season would it be before his parent club were sure they'd be able to release him for 2015?

I'm just thinking you could imagine seeing how your squad is shaping up quite late on before releasing someone on loan, which would give us very little time. Or.. Are some clubs thinking years in the future and have young halfbacks they already know won't play for them in 2015?

I'm either rambling or have made some sort of point.

He's only just re-signed for Dews, so I think we can put that one to bed. Or, at least, park it somewhere on the fringes of reality for a while..
