Id agree, except that Olibison (sp) was only put on after warming the bench for 65 min tonight after the game was long gone and any risk of a youngster making a crucial error also long gone. So why didnt Macca stick him on earlier to have look at how he handled it?? If someone is deemed good enough for the bench he should be used as much as the others to help out a beaten pack. Im not confident any of the other young lads will get any more game time.

It's not having a flat game that bothers me as much as no plan. We lacked defensive organisation, never mind intensity. In attack we were too flat with the players receiving the ball standing still and looking around for support that isn't there.

i agree with you here, it would be much more effective using him as a normal interchange, to rest some forwards who have played 3 games in 7 days, instead of playing with 16. It seems bloody stupoid not to use him, especially when we are already 30 points down, it cant get any worse. Some of the fiest teamers need to get dropped, sykes, platt, sheriffe would be a start as it cant get any worse than this.

Would say Nobby is responsible for the decline really ,as it all must be down to lack of money.And the decline started when Nobby wanted Harris and Bradford were going to offload 3 players to pay for him one was Wobbie Paul. Only nobody would match their wages Wakefield backed out and it was a good two seasons before they offloaded Paul .That and the court case and it showed by the selling of good players and signing less than ordinary in their place eg Sheriffe .Was a bit ironic to hear Lysten not have much of an explanation for Bradfords demise when asked by Eddie though.

A post that adds nothing to the thread but I just wanted to say anyway: I thought that Semi Tadulala put 110% in tonight. He was still hitting the line harder in the last 10 minutes than half our forwards were in the first 10. (Not necessarily good, but I couldn't fault his effort.)



Beyond that, McNamara OUT. The season is still salvageable with there being a top 8.

because most clubs already have players in his position as good as if not better and a lot younger too.

not saying he isnt a good player because i rate him, i just dont think most SL would want to sign a 35 year old when they are guaranteed 3 years to develop younger players
