Agreed about the difficulty to pick a 17?!i wonder with such strength up front jimmy might be tempted to go with brooks to start if the right half back isn't available?

Absolutely superb set of signings tonight, well done Mr Green, Mr Ferres, Mr lowes and all concerned. Top it off with a 7 and we look strong enough to give promotion a real go next year, even if its going to be tough. Season ticket also seems a decent deal if it includes the playoffs. Excellent news all round.

Good news, positivity, honesty, a realistic plan, good looking home shirt.....Im just not used to it!

Nah, U19s.

Someone asked Robbie directly who the assistant coach was after that point and he replied, in jest, that it was himself. So its either nobody or they're still looking.

thanks mat, good assessment of the value. essentially £14 to see a losing team (no disrespect to the players for the situation they found themselves in) versus £15 to watch a built from ground zero squad having a good thrash.

I am so happy for the players in this squad. A few years ago I would have said I was jealous, but I have had to reluctantly accept that at the age of 61 I dont come into contention. What I see is a squad that can, young or old, take a big step forward together. I may sound portentous and cheesy saying that, but these guys have a chance to grab it all, together.

next season will tell us who is up for that.

Has anyone else had their mind blown a little bit by the revelation that it costs £2.8 MILLION a year to play at Odsal?
Given that we can't spend more than £1m on the squad, the additional costs just beggar belief.

Seemed like you've got a good,n in Chris ulugia grandson played with him in Mackay last season says the lads class, wasn't as enthusiastic about Peterson and Davies though

Got to remember we have rent, ground up keep, admin staff, coaching staff, scouting staff, academy setup. Training facilities etc

Can't take all this good news. Not been this excited for a bulls season for a long time. I personally think we've got a stronger squad than last year.

Assuming that the staff wages are jn the mix (not salary capped players) that seems about right. If it excludes all wages, I'll agree 100% with your statement?
