The fact it's not worked at any point suggest no testing has taken place, rather than something just going wrong. Sounds like it's Sheffield at fault rather than RFL.

Glad streaming failed miserably in the end, saved a heap of pain. Any ideas how refund business works if it’s part of season ticket, does that mean we get £4.95 back? I’d rather donate that to bull builder or the club again. Clearly they need it more than me.

This game wasn't covered by season tickets. If you had it you must have paid for it separately. Refunds are automatic. Mine came through this afternoon.
