What has any of this got to do with our fans and our situation?

No one said you haven't been hurt in the past, doesn't mean as fans we aren't hurting now. Takes a really bitter sort to come on and spout rubbish on a day like this.

Gingdong and myself post in very different styles. However, I can undestand his emotions here.
In 95 when caisley made those comments, he was given resounding support from Bradford fans. The hurt, despair, futility etc we were experiencing at that time was rejected by fans of Bradford and scorned/mocked by some in the RL press - this went on for a number of years when the subject of P&R/licencing is repeatedly debated as internet fora became the vogue.

So yes, I can understand why there is some bitterness. I can understand why there is a lack of sympathy or empathy here from some with keener memories than most or by some with a stronger sense of injustice.

I know that you will all be feeling the crapola right now. But that's nowt to the place we've been this last 17 years. Yes I know it wasn't Bradford fans fault. Some weren't even born then.
But some with long memories still hold Caisley part responsible and remember the mocking and lack of support from Bulls fans back then.
Bitter??? Perhaps.

No-one benefited more than Bradford from our relegations as recently as 2004/6 but you just move on mate.....the suits will always be gunning for clubs like Cas/Fev. You can't hold the fans responsible and it's them you are taking a cheap shot at (and before you say it, yeah just like Chase on Ropati).

Is there a point to this thread? Other then showing some people up to be very petty?

I can understand where you are coming from.

But there is a massive difference in a lack of sympathy/empathy and coming and making a thread on a Bradford forum on the day we've been put into administration.

Bitterness, and caring more about another clubs downfall than your own clubs wellbeing. If Leeds were in the situation we were in, I wouldn't be gloating right now I can tell you that.

Any real RL supporter does not want to see this happen to any club.

I don't want to indulge in a petty war of words Mr Gingdong, but there really is no need for that. Very sad really .... on a whole load of levels

End of the day m8 you were relegated because you finished bottom and new at the seasons start if you finished bottom you were going down. In 95 we were pushing for a play off place then booted out all rubber stamped by Caisley and i never heard 1 Bradford fan protest. Anyway theyv no need to be upset its been obvious what the outcome will be, go into admin then a buyer comes in takes them over on the cheap because he wont pay the bills and they will be stronger long term.

I tell you what was sad, pre 95 i used to go to every Rovers game with my dad and uncles big family affair then it all stopped after 95 because they all became disillusioned and Caisleys remark was the final nail they though whats the point. Leaving me going by myself, now that was very sad for me

Well aye. I won't be running round rawmarsh waving my Fev scarf rejoicing about the impending collapse of the Bulls. I've more to do with my time and bitterness/anger are such wasteful emotions given that a good percentage of Bulls fans will have had as much to do with supporting Caisley as most living Germans had to do with WWII!!!!

My real angst is directed at the gang of four back then, but whom Caisley was the only one making such daft comments regarding the decisions he and the others were making that affected my club.
I realise he has nowt to do with RL nowadays and the current plight of the Bulls can also be directly attributed to some of his decision making.

But like I said previously, I can see why some are ambivalent to bulls fans plight given Caisley's comments and Bulls fans reactions.

Given JCT's intent I suspect a short period of admin and Bradford will be back in business - bought on the cheap like Glover did at Wakey. Result. Everyone back in business.

No further comment from me on this. Enough has already been etched on this now.

Only real men know how to forgive though.

Many of us on here weren't even old enough to know what was going on back then! What have we done wrong?
