If true then it's a shame that we never even gave him a chance to partner Gale in the halves, but we have to trust MP in situations like this and hope he makes the right decision.
I just hope this isn't an act of desperation to get some cover in for positions where we are weakest (Pryce/Joseph) and Kyle has been the one to fall on the sword as it were. I reckon if we'd managed to offload Sykes/Platt then Kyle wouldn't be going anywhere.

Are you sure you Fev supporters wouldn't rather take Paul Sykes off our hands? He's awesome, honest!

Surprised he wasn't given a chance with Gale. Reckon he could offer more than Jeffries if coached right.

Very true Pal, at least Briggsy knows how to move and what a rugby ball is IMO Jeffries, Sykes and Platt can all mind yer language please! Bullseye, every1 of them is a hinderance on the wage bill

Only Potter knows why Briggs is being left out of the team (at least for the moment).
A decent attacker last season, and yes - not so good in defense but he wasn't the only one in that area.

Featherstone are unveiling a new signing on Sunday at their friendly with Oldham. One which to quote the club, 'signals their intent'. Whether Kyle Briggs fits into the category...

If he does go, has he really been given a chance to prove himself? Signed as a great prospect, fantastic first 30 mins at Cardiff, got injured and, err, out on loan, breaks arm, comes back, cheerio!

He certainly played like someone who knew he was on the way out at Keighley. It must have been a good half hour before I realised he was playing.

Probably feels more comfortable being a big fish in a small pond. Maybe there are other issues regarding attitude etc.

Presumabely we've lost the rumoured £50k we paid too. Nice bit of business for Fev that.
