Was gonna go, but on lates now, so gain money and save money, mate was gonna come up from worthing, but after dross we`ve been serving up he`s staying at home, why travel 400 miles each way to watch us get mullered.

Well I'll be there, but I don't think any less of anyone who doesn't go. The view that we will get a mullering may well be proved right (and fsck knows, we've had half a ton off Saints even during the best of times) but I'd like to be there for several reasons including:
* I like the place, and it is always good craic with the Saints fans. They are not shy about explaining to us where our team is going wrong!
* If the team is out there doing its best, as I believe it will be, I like to be there cheering them on. If not, I like to have seen what went on for myself, TV's not quite the same.
* It's just a rugby match! Sure it's nice to win, and especially now we are desperate for some league points but a rugby match will be taking place and I just love it.
* You never know.

Just friendly warning, St Helena council have no got a parking gestapo working all round Knowsley Road. Just be wary of how close to a junction you park or you will be done.

For those with SatNav, there is plenty of space in and around Dodd Avenue (the road opposite Chans Chinese). Hope this map helps with pubs, and De La Salle school, which offers safe parking for £5 (IIRC)

I'll be there, by train, only cos its about ten miles away. Don't think I would have been making the journey over the hills for it.

Assuming you mean the grass opposite the fire station don't even bother trying for there as all that area seems to get coned off a good few hours before the game now.

I'll be going if the garage can actually work out whats up with my car. If it's not any offer of a lift would be greatly appreciated.
