Again I was right. Wankfield's new owner is funding a full time squad that, on paper, looks better than their Superleague squad last season. If they spend up to the cap they'll be spending significantly more on wages with £1million less central funding. He must be confident of them going straight back up to fund losses of that size.
Featherstone on the other hand are cutting back on the spending as they have absolutely no chance of getting into superleague.
