What is it about rugby league whereby the powers that be have to over complicate almost every aspect? Is there somebody at RFL HQ who is paid to come up with new rules and regulations every season?

The game is on its booty and the RFL are bringing crap like this in. Next year they'll be giving out bonus league points for the cleanest teams in the league!!

Well, looking on the positive side, this is clearly an opportunity for a mathematics university graduate to make a name for themself. I'm all in favour of creating more jobs in the workplace.
