Take your point, but the approach EoC has brought in seems to be very different.
Much more professional and would make any transition back to full time (and dare we dream SL) an easier (not easy) one.
The turnover in staff suggests we are weeding out the dead wood and poor attitudes that can be cancerous in any sporting team, but has got to be the right direction.
Potentially still a bumpy road for a while, but in 18-24 months, I think it'll reap rewards.
