I recently asked which school in St Helens had produced the most rugby league writers. The answer is Knowsley Road Junior School.
In alphabetical order they are Ray French, Ray Gent, Roger Grime, Phil Howard, Geoff Lee (glee) Alex Service and Alan Tucker.
