Whatever Burns' limitations - they are manageable. Put him alongside Wilkin and we have the basis of a reliable half-back combination. Sure, I'd be happier with a little more pace. But we can muddle through.
But as he's currently playing there is no one in SL who can paper over Walsh's obvious limitations.
I feel sorry for the guy. I really do. But if Cunningham allows this to carry on for much longer I guarantee there will be some SERIOUS blowback behind the scenes. James Roby aint going to run his blood to water every game whilst one of his teammates does a passing impression of a hole in the air.
