If we remain at the top of the table and win the LLS this year but then fail in the playoffs how would people feel?

For me, I know it's not of the the big 2 (CC and GF), but I'd be happy with winning it. It's been a while since we've won any silverware at all and to get some in the trophy cabinet could be the platform we need to go one step further in the future.

I know some don't rate it at all but it would be nice to win something wouldn't it?

I'd have it but much prefer the other two cups on offer. One is better none.

I think like when Wire won that first Challenge cup it will indicate we are back on the right track.

Put it this way, it's the easiest one for us to win given we are out of the CC. So hell yeah I want us to win it. Not to mention 1st always gives us that home advantage.

Would you rather play Cas at home or Cas away????

At the end of the day its "silverware" that would go into an empty trophy cabinet.

Given our unpredictable form, it would be a major achievement to cling on to top spot till the end. Would be good to see any silverware return. We don't have the luxury of turning our noses up at it like we could 10 years ago. Next question therefor is how much effort we put into winning it at the expense of the play offs, which are far more of a lottery. Do we rest players towards the back end and potentially risk losing everything, or concentrate in winning the hubcap and risk not doing well in the play offs??

The Hub Cap would be nice to have but it's worthless unless you win the GF, nobody remembers who finishes top

The SL clips http://www.superleague.co.uk/sltv?MbzPZ10Y7xk The interviews at the end are telling that the players were not happy either with the mass switch off and that they do want to finish top. Those first 2 tries for Bradford did have an element of luck on the kick. Swift in particular had 2 or 3 Bradford players around him so the odds were against him as a defender on that kick.

Looking at the league there could be 5 teams within 2 points of top spot. Unheard of.
