Their has been an awful lot of complaining about the lack of atmosphere so far this year - this is the perfect opportunity to find our voices again.

For me, Wire is the best away of the year, and we never fail to make ourselves heard. We are going through a tough patch at this moment in time - no doubt about that - and we need to stand up and make ourselves heard. Lets make the West Stand bounce, and back the lads 100%.

I think at home we may struggle, but away we always seam to pick up the volume. Bradford was a lot of fun.

You fancy Saints tonight, but don’t know why?

Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that you have won 13/14 matches against Wire at the HJ in league and play-offs since the ground opened?

The bookies must be smacked off their boxes giving you a ten-point start tonight.

I get a funny feeling that a Saints win is on the cards, although I'm not not entirely sure why... (I don't go in for any of that hoodoo nonsense).

Here’s how playing Saints has gone for a typical Wire fan over most of the last 17 years:

Look at Saints’ poor form heading into the game and hear all the Saints fans whinging about how toss they’re playing and swearing they’ll lose convincingly, and think to them self ‘we have a chance tonight’
Look at the team sheet and see there’s no: *Martyn/Long/Cunnignham/Wellens/Newlove/Lyon/Gidley/Joynt/Sculthopre/Cunningham/Wilkin
*(delete as appropriate)
Then see that they’ve been replaced with some unheralded, no-mark kids and say, ‘we’ve got a chance tonight, I’ve never heard of half these muppets, I mean who the fudge is:...
Roby/ Graham/Lomax/Clough/Bennett/Eastmond/Gaskell/Wheeler/Foster/Tyrer/Dixon/Armstrong, Magennis, etc’
Then, said no-mark kids all have stormers (even if they turn out to dog poo at rugby in the long-run) and Saints win.
Saints fans all p1ss themselves laughing, sing ‘W@nky Warrington’ and go home thinking how much they love the HJ.

Tonight it’ll be the turn of Percvial, Jones, Walmsley and co. to rip us to shreds off the back of your pack and Roby’s efforts.

Right, where have we been? The noise tonight has caused my ears to ring, and I am barely able to put a sentance together - top effort.

I don't mind a beer shower, or turning my ankle when the atmosphere is like that. The players responded tonight - and replied with some superb rugby league. We made a huge difference tonight, no doubt about it.

Saints are back. And so are our voices.

Didn't attend tonight but all I could hear on Sky were Saints fans - loud and very proud !
