The season ticket renewal date was the 15/09/2012.

So does that mean the great seating swap can now commence???

I think they will extend it. There is no way most people will have bothered to renew by now. I'd expect an announcement that it's been extended again.

They wont. Im currently on honeymoon in Cyprus, & had to throw £1,048 onto my credit card to pay for our six day before we left.

We renewed our 3 season tickets for the west stand and went into saints today to upgrade to the south and they do not have 3 seats anywhere inthe south together only single seats?
They showed us the screen and said it will be like this until the 5yr season tickets have run out?
Good for the club not good for us fans? Supply and demand EH never have believed that?

How much of the stand is available for sale though? It's been half full throughout this season, so it's clearly not that the tickets have all been sold.

I'd say over 100 single seats left (guessing from looking at screen) all rest have been sold apparently? either fans ain't turning up for all the games or someone's telling porkys?

I'll bet they are down as sold either because they are reserved for people in the boxes who just stay in the boxes and don't use them, or because they are reserved for corporate sponsors and the like, who again just don't bother.

When we got our season tickets last year in the south stand, we asked could we have 5 seats together and if possible the 1st seattle be on the end for easy access to bar and toilets. They showed us on the computer that they could only do 5 in a row starting 3 seats in.

We took them as we wanted to be together but only every so often is anyone in the 3 seats we asked for on the end. I asked three lads in them seats if they was season ticket holders but they wasn't, they paid on the day.

What's all that about?

At the crammed to the rafters, completely sold out game against the Pies way back when I was sat in the West corner of the South stand, well away from any of the posh seats, and was surrounded by literally hundreds of empty seats, and the other corner of the South Stand and sections of the North had hundreds of empty seats there too. There are large areas in both stands where they won't sell season tickets and will only do unallocated seating for some reason which is both robbing season ticket holders of seats in the stand they want, and extra attendance at the big games. Seems a bit barmy to me.

The thing is people did move about. Quite often seats would show as sold one week and then the next week they were available again as the person or people who bought the ticket, then moved elsewhere.

So when you were shown the screen it may have been correct, but those 3 next to you may have moved elsewhere, when they found out that say friends where seated somewhere else an had 3 seats next to them.

I know that 2 of our family have moved from the south stand, so there should be 2 seats together going spare there, if you get a single infront or behind it's pretty much the same as 3 in a row.
