He may only be any good when playing in a team that's on top in a game, but that's still a hell of a lot better than we have at present... Glass houses etc.

With him being a ex saint and was released by saints, does that mean it was poor retention/recruitment by saints?

We've done this one... 2 years ago we had Pryce, Eastmond, Wheeler and Smith and could afford to keep 3 of them. Only a loony at the time would have dumped any of the other 3 in favour of Smith. Hindsight is 20/20 and **** happens.
