Rubbish ref all round for both sides Sure Lee Smiths try was from a forward pass but one of the best was Meli he knew it was a country mile forward and was the most amazed player on the field when Alibert waved play on.At least this game he remembered how to count to six.
Refs are easy targets. They don't miss tackles or drop the ball.
Indeed. But the referees in Super League are the most incompetent bunch of fools I've ever seen. Such low calibre individuals that if they weren't refereeing in Super League would be working in Roy's Rolls or McDonalds. What the game needs is a complete overhaul, from the top down.
Having said that, I thought Rush's comments were embarrassing for the club. Both him and our supposed Captain do nothing positive for us at all and they would both do well to shut up. The team was horrendous at the weekend and thoroughly deserved the defeat.
We are more concerned he has learned we only have 6 tackles not 7 in our game!

IMO he is not the brightest shilling in the money box. Having said that, how many are there that deserve a pat on the back. From what I have seen in this season alone the rules of the game are interpreted in many different ways. If these guy's cannot understand the written word then they should resign forthwith. I never thought I would say it, but the standard of reffing in RU is on a much higher level to ours.
