Look at Wello's tackling stats

Just reinforces my opinion of him this season. People aren't noticing how utterly terrible he is defensively because he's just not where he should be anymore. We're playing with 12 men whenever he takes to the field now.

I don't agree with that at all. Wello has played well this season and still one of the safest fullbacks in super league.

Maybe we could do with a new but the are other postions we need to sort out first. Nathan brown has told McManus that stand off is top priority.

We miss wello when he don't play.

His tackle success rate so far this year is 80%. Perhaps your seeing things other people and more importantly the Stats people aren't?

Because he only executed one tackle you mean? Are you sure you aren't confusing a good team performance in defence with poor defensive positioning by our fullback? Surely we should be glad when Wello isn't called upon to tackle because it means the opposition aren't getting too close to our line?

Keep your criticism fair bro. Wello has his weaknesses which we need to be addressed, however what you've said is a provocative exaggeration that does nothing for the discussion other than entrench opinions. If you keep criticism fair and honest then perhaps others will realise the concerns about full back are not without foundation.
