Friday 4th November 2011
Gate open 5:30pm; Bonfire lit 7:00pm; Fireworks start 7:30pm

Entry Prices:
£3 Adult
£1 children
£5 family (2 adults and 2 children)
Unaccompanied children/teenagers (ages 13-17) £2.

If it's a clear night, go to the top of Billinge lump. The view you get of firework displays over Merseyside, parts of Wales and Lancs is outstanding. It's also free.

Kids fireworks 6.15pm

Main display 7pm

Silcocks fair open at 5-9pm.

I'll be sat at home nursing the dogs. Even though I live out in the sticks you can still hear the odd few. It's not so much the bangs that upset them as I regularly have them out on the moors when others nearby are shooting. It's the whistles and cracks that put them on edge, as it's not a sound they'd otherwise hear.
