My apologies. Your right. Lomax marked Carmont at the DW, and Gaskell marked him at Widnes. Both unsuccessfully.

He's been denied the chance to make it up with attacking play as we struggle to get the ball to the right with any fluencey. When he gets chances close to the line he generally takes them.
I can appreciate the you don't feel he receives good ball. But I've watched Shenton versus Wigan three times now, and on each occasion he's made little to no contribution like a good centre should. I've also watched every TV game to include Saints this year and he's remained very much anonymous in those games also IMO. But never the less there should be some signs, some kind of spark visible from time to time to show what a good player he is. But I've yet to see it, this season anyway.
