If you come back I'm sure saintsfan will say sorry for bagging you for 2yrs and admit she was wrong.
Nope. I wasn't wrong. Potter had more players with experience and talent available to him during the whole of his tenure than Simmons has had in the five weeks of our season so far. When we lost our halfbacks last season, Potter still had Cunningham to organise and lead the team, as well as push over the line - remember, most of our tries came from within our own 10m. He didn't have to deal with his season starting with one functioning halfback who was just making his debut to the first team. He didn't have to deal with Kyle Eastmond being a pain in the backside. He didn't have to deal with all the injuries at the outset of the season or playing in a stadium that doesn't seem to encourage any kind of atmosphere at all. The North Stand is silent to us in the East Stand; the East Stand is silent to those in the North Stand.
I don't want Potter back but I wouldn't mind Daniel Anderson. He would do wonders with our defence!
